http://tinyurl.com/7fbybj Life came at me with so many blows, I gave up many times before and folded up. It's not a good feeling to look back on it, as you get older. It does something to you spiritually and emotionally. I'm doing this transformation of my own free will without feeling any pressure from anyone, but I ma kind of forcing myself, because I hate doing cardio on the treadmill.
